Nondiscrimination Policy

Diversity and inclusion are woven into every aspect of our workplace culture and are clearly reflected in our Nondiscrimination Policy.

Sprint conducts business without regard to, and does not discriminate based on, an employee's race, color, religion, creed, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, genetic information, national origin or ancestry, citizenship, marital, veteran, or family and medical leave status or any other status protected by law. Our Nondiscrimination Policy covers (but is not limited to) activities relating to recruiting, hiring, benefits, leaves of absence, training, transfer, promotion, job assignments, compensation, corrective action and termination.
Our Nondiscrimination policy is a key focus of the Sprint Employee Code of Conduct, the Sprint Imperatives  (specifically, act with integrity, be accountable and demonstrate teamwork), and our i-Comply  ethics certification. In addition, Sprint managers receive thorough nondiscrimination training through the Sprint Management Essentials training series, which focuses on Staffing, Compensation, Inclusion and Diversity, Equitable Treatment, Recognition, Harassment, Attendance Management, Corrective Action, Ending Employment and the Sprint employee Code of Conduct.
