  • Providing Spanish language services including marketing collateral, billing, customer service support and bilingual retail representatives. To find a retail store with Spanish-speaking personnel, customers can simply go to and look for the tag “se habla español.”
  • Implementing a multibrand strategy that serves more customers in the growing prepaid or noncontract market. Our portfolio of prepaid brands includes:
    • Boost Mobile, which serves value-centric customers, provides the lowest price for unlimited talk, text and high-speed data prepaid plan among major carriers.
    • Virgin Mobile USA, which serves more data-oriented customers with unlimited data and messaging plans on 3G and 4G smartphones and mobile broadband devices.
    • Assurance Wireless, which serves eligible customers who have low incomes and/or are receiving government assistance in more than 40 states.
